How it works.
This is a quick example of how we handle tenant repairs. Here is an example of your tenant using our software.

Tenant makes a call about an issue/repair.
The tenant calls a 24/7 phone number to talk directly to AI. Which can guide the tenant through a simple fix, diagnose the problem or contact and schedule a repair technician.

Issue is processed.

Repair technician is connected.
During the conversation, the AI identifies the tenant’s issue and determines the appropriate repair technician needed for the fix. All of this data is stored in a Work Order Request and sent to you for confirmation through a text.
Once the Work Order is confirmed another message is sent to the Repair Technician and everything is scheduled. All you have to do is confirm with a "Yes" or "No".
